Base stock

Base slurry is made of special cement as binder, composite admixture and high and light aggregate. It has the characteristics of no shrinkage, early strength and high strength.

2. Construction of base slurry

6-12 hours before the foundation roughening construction, the concrete foundation should be fully wetted, which is conducive to the combination of slurry and concrete foundation. The base slurry has been evenly premixed, and the construction is convenient. It only needs to add 11% - 13% of clean tap water, and the machine or manual mixing is uniform to make it viscous, so it can be used.

3. Use of base stock

The mixed slurry shall be poured into the mold, and the auxiliary tools shall be used to make the slurry pier vibrate and compact at the required place, and the surface treatment shall be smooth.

4. Maintenance of base paste

After the slurry construction, the exposed part shall be moisturized and cured in time to prevent the loss of water in the slurry; when the plastic film is used to cover, the exposed surface shall be tightly covered to keep the condensation water in the plastic film. If it is not convenient to water, the curing agent can be sprayed.
