Introduction to the electric film reel
The electric film winder is used to open and close the side window and top window of the plastic film greenhouse. It replaces the traditional manual film winder to realize the fast winding, film releasing and automatic control of the greenhouse environment.Its biggest film length of 100 m, the drive shaft adopts Φ 25 * 1.5 thin-walled galvanized pipe.It has the characteristics of light weight, large output torque, self-locking output, high precision of stroke adjustment, large adjustment range, rain-proof, dew-proof and low power consumption. It is suitable for use under different climatic conditions and is the best choice for modern solar greenhouse.

Notes for installation of electric film winder:
1. The drive steel tube shall be cut off by about 150mm from one end of the film coil installed in the greenhouse without bending or twisting.
2. Connect the joint of the drive shaft to the drive steel tube with the M8 hex screw.
3. The overlap length between the expansion tube (outside) and expansion tube (inside) shall not be less than the film width of 100mm.
4. The telescopic pipe (inside) and fixed pipe must be able to rotate around the fixed steel pipe after being hinged.
5.Side winding climbing steel tube and drive steel tube should be at right angles.
