Introduction: 
QDY Model Ladle Crane, Foundry Overhead Crane, Casting Overhead Crane is mainly used in the continuous casting technology of steelmaking for pouring melted iron from additive bay of converter to converter, lifting melten steel water from refining bay to refining furnace! Capacity is from 5t to 74tons, span is from 10.5m to 31.5m. 
Working conditions: 
The temperature of working environment is -10°C-+60°C; 
The relative humidity is no more than 50% when the temperature is +40°C; 
Working duties: A7, A8, heavy duty

Trolley
It consists of metallurgy motor, gearbox, hydraulic brake, coupling, wheels, and wire drum. 
Equipped with special motor for metallurgy, class of insulation is H; 
Matched with two sets hydraulic brakes(double brake)
Trolley have double drive mechanism, reducer's gear is drived on hard-toothed surface
