Poultry Farm Feeding Pan System of Auger Pan Feeder Line Equipment

 1.Broiler Pan feeding system

1). The feeding system deliver feed through auger, including main feed line and pan feed line .

2). Main feed line : deliver feed from silo to hoppers in chicken house . The is one feed sensor at the end of main feed line , which can control drive on and  off to realize automatic delivery feed.

3).Pan feed line : this system deliver feed automatically by feed sensor at the end of the feed line to control drive motor on-off .

4). Advantage : Reduce labouy intensity. One people can manage one broiler house easily.
 

2.Pan feed line 

Pan feed line consist of 

1). Hopper: volume-70kgs ;  Material is hot-galvanized sheet ;  Thickness is 1.0mm
2) .Delivery pipe with auger : Φ 45mm
3). Feed pan :14 grills ,Φ330mm




4). Feed sensor or movable control pan for brood 
5). Drive motor : stop delivering auger automatically 
6). Hanging system 
7). Anti-roost system
