1. Infrared irradiation source
It irradiates to the sample intensively from the half spherical surface black body
furnace which was heated in constant temperature.
2. Infrared detecting element
It irradiates one part of energy which is reflecting from sample to hole at the top
of the half spherical surface black body furnace, and detects it at the constant ratio.
3. Emissivity operationed circuit
It operates the emissivity of the sample from the output of the reflection energy
detector.
Note: The numerical formula of relations between the reflectance r and the
emissivity ε of sample is ε = 1 ?? r .
4. Proofreading of emissivity indication value
It proofreads by test piece (ε = 0.06 & 0.94) as standard emissivity of accessories.
5. Measurement of sample
It displays the emissivity of sample by digital.
