◆ Install the support at the bottom of the beam, and the symmetrical midline of the support should coincide with the symmetrical midline of the bottom plate of the beam body, and the deviation should not be greater than 0.5mm; Tighten the support bolts one by one, and the tightening degree of each bolt should be basically the same; After bolt tightening, there must be no gap between the support and the beam body support plate. ◆ Install the anchor bolt in the anchor bolt hole of the support, and the length of the bolt extension nut is 0.25 times the bolt diameter. Tighten the nut and socket bolt to prevent slurry leakage at the junction between the socket bolt and the bottom surface of the support. ◆ On the supporting cushion, the longitudinal and transverse symmetrical support centerline is marked. Chisel the surface of the supporting cushion, remove the debris left in the anchor bolt hole, and soak and saturate the surface of the supporting cushion with water, but there must be no clear water during construction. Then lay a layer of 20-30mm thick M50 dry hard non-shrinkage mortar on the top surface of the supporting cushion stone and compact, the surface is flat, pay attention to the mortar elevation should consider the compression amount of mortar after falling beam. Remove the debris left in the anchor bolt hole, and pour 60B into the anchor bolt hole to 15mm below the top surface of the supporting cushion within 30 min before the beam is in place. ◆ The slurry is prepared according to powder: water = 1: 0.13-0.14 (weight ratio). Water should be added to the mixing drum first, and then the weighed grout should be gradually added, and the electric mixing gun should be used to stir while feeding until all the powder is added, and then continue to stir for 2-3 minutes to make the slurry uniform. The stirred slurry should be filled within 25 minutes. ◆ When dropping the beam, the centerline of the support should coincide with the longitudinal and transverse symmetrical centerline of the cushion top support. After falling beam, M50 dry hard non-shrinkage mortar should be cured in time. ◆ After the anchor bolt hole grout material reaches the specified strength, tighten the anchor bolt, remove the temporary connection plate of the support, and install the sealing enclosure plate of the support.

Packed in composite kraft paper bags, net weight 25kg/bag; Shelf life 6 months; It must be stored in a ventilated room, the packaging bag is sealed, and attention should be paid to moisture-proof. Antifreeze.
